Went Home Early yesterday

Because we have a Sign up List to go Home Early if it is Slow depending on the Call Flow and How many People are working.

I LOST out on $66 EEK! I don't think I will do that again.

In fact I need to tighten my belt again.

    I was a trainer in a call center for a while, and we offered 'undertime' to our reps when the call volume was low. They did have to option of taking it paid (i.e. using their vacation hours), or unpaid, but it always felt like a catch-22 for most of them. Folks who would take it paid all the time would put in for time off at the holidays and not have any left! Also, when they closed our location in June, some of these reps had taken more vacation than they had earned in 6 months and wound up having to pay the company back. ACK!!!

    When I worked in the call center or the grocery store I use to beg to go home, now i hate it. I amm not one for going home early, try o hang in there
